HGS vacuum gate valves are suitable for high and ultra-high pressure applications and can be operated in either pneumatic or manual mode. Pneumatic or manual mode of operation. Gate valves can be used with cryogenic pumps, turbomolecular pumps or in any application where cleanliness, high life cycle and low maintenance are required. Our gate valves are available in all flange configurations including KF, ISO, ANSI, JIS and CF, ANSI, JIS and CF.

Features:
-Long life, high reliability: stainless steel shell, sturdy structure, smooth opening and closing action, high weight-bearing valve

body. Internal moving parts are made of all stainless steel, strictly polished, special design to reduce the load on moving parts,

doubling the life and improving stability.

-High vacuum, metal sealing to the outside world: flange wire sealing in all parts. Adopting welded stainless steel bellows to

realize isolation from external coupling rod to ensure smooth opening and closing. Realize the valve body and the outside world

completely metal seal.

-Support automation control: the valve adopts electronically controlled cylinder, driving voltage AC 220V, DC 24V optional. Two

way open and closed limit position feedback sensor, easy to automate system control
